Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as long as the original item and packaging are not damaged.

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or any error on our part, we will issue a full refund, including the product cost and the shipping charges.

If the return is requested without any product issue ("no reason"), we will refund only the product cost. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To start a return, email your order details and the products with reasons for return to customerservice@lider-electric.com. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
  • Products not returned in their original packaging with all components included.
  • Special-order items.

Order Cancellation & Returns Process

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at customerservice@lider-electric.com or (833) 977-3915 — we recommend calling for the fastest response.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return authorization after receiving the items by contacting our Customer Service Team. Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our return guidelines to qualify for a refund.
